Returns
In compliance with the "Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000", all customers have a statutory cooling off period to allow you to examine the goods. This cooling off period extends 7 working days from the time at which the goods are delivered.
All returns must be pre-authorised by either telephoning us on 01323-720888 or by email to sales@a1toner.co.uk
All returned goods must be returned in a resalable condition and in the original manufacturers packaging.
All goods returned must be un-used and unsealed, cartridges are not supplied on a trial basis; this does not affect your statutory rights.
Upon delivery, all goods should be inspected for any signs of damage, if your goods do appear to be damaged you should either note this on the couriers paperwork or not sign for them.
Any faults or damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
All faulty or damaged items must be returned within 7 days of the date of delivery.
Where goods are returned due to incorrect ordering the customer is liable for all shipping costs related to that order.
The customer is responsible for the safe and correct return of all goods.
Delivery
All orders received before 2.00pm Monday to Friday will be despatched for 2working day delivery (Subject to stock availability).
All goods will require a signature upon delivery.
Delivery times are between 8.30am - 17.00pm Monday to Friday.
All orders up to £29.99 are subject to a delivery charge of £3.95 (UK mainland only).
All orders of £30.00 and over will receive free shipping (UK mainland only).
All deliveries outside of UK mainland will incur extra delivery costs.
Customers will be notified by email of any extra costs before credit cards are debited.
All deliveries are handled by FedEx couriers.
All deliveries will be made to the address given by the customer at the time of order.
The customer is liable for any additional delivery costs for non-delivery arising from incorrect delivery addresses given at the point of order.
All non-deliveries must be notified to us within 3 working days.
Payment and Refunds
All credit card details are processed using secure 128-bit encryption.
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro and Electron.
We are not able to accept payment by American Express.
No payment will be taken until the goods are ready for despatch.
No credit card details will be retained by us.
All refunds will be made by the same method of payment.

We will retain your contact details for our own use and only to notify you by email of any forthcoming and relevant special offers or news.
